I'll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize the details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

I recommend solid colors or subtle patterns that complement each other without being too matchy. Avoid large logos or busy prints. Earthy tones, jewel tones, and neutrals photograph beautifully. Every portrait session includes an outfit consultation where we'll plan the perfect looks together.

Portrait sessions are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Wedding collections are delivered within 6-8 weeks. Sports and event coverage with our 48-hour turnaround option gets your images back fast. All images are delivered through your private online proofing gallery.

Absolutely! Have Canon — Will Travel. I'm based in Amarillo, Texas, but I'm happy to travel for your session or event. Local sessions within 30 miles are included in the base price. Beyond that, a small travel fee applies. Destination weddings and out-of-state sessions are always welcome — let's talk about your vision.

Life happens, and I understand plans can change. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the session receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Wedding cancellations follow a separate schedule outlined in the contract.

Yes! Your online proofing gallery makes it easy to order prints, canvases, metal prints, and more directly from your images. I work with a professional print lab to ensure museum-quality results. Print credits included in your package can be applied toward any product in the gallery.
